Aim:

     Surveying plans are representing the widest variety of works within the classic and engineering related surveying works. These can be elaborated for different purposes as are the following:

  • Construction authorization;
  • Demolition authorization;
  • Assembling the dossier for entrance in legality;
  • Linkage authorization for water/off-let/gas/electric;
  • Terrain rental;
  • Terrain granting;
  • Withdrawing a terrain from the agricultural circuit;
  • Attaining Prefect’s Order;
  • Postal number ascription;
  • General urbanism plan (PUG);
  • Detailed urbanism plan (PUD);
  • Zonal urbanism plan (PUZ);
  • Situation (state) plans;
  • Digital surveying plans;
  • Different scales surveying plans.

Required papers:

     Depending on the type of work above mentioned there are needed a series of documents to assemble the dossier, such as:

  • Duplicate of the property deed;
  • Amongst the customary property deeds are mentioned: selling-buying deed, donation deed, property designation, juridical sentence, heir-at-law certificate, and so on. To these mentioned, annexed drafts will be added;
  • Attested copy of the property deed for constructions (if the situation requires it);
  • Amongst the customary property deeds for constructions are mentioned: urbanism permit, disestablishment permit, and so on.
  • Excerpt from the cadastral register at the time being in original (if the situation requires it);
  • Owner’s identification document (ID) duplicate.

Activities developed by the company:

     After establishing the starting period, the implementation, the delivery of the service, the costs, Office of Cadastre and Land Registration (OCPI) fees and paying method the following stages are to be tracked:

Field-work stage:

     In this stage all the necessary surveying measurements will be effectuated on terrain so to determine all the essential elements for drawing the topographic plan in conformity with the property deed and gainer’s requests. Owner’s attendance is mandatory at this stage. The owner is required to provide to the field team all the technical and/or juridical information necessary to accomplish the works more easily.

Office stage:

    In this stage there will be taken care of the topographic measurements processing took in the above mentioned stage and there also will be draw up the dossier in conformity with the valid regulations and gainer’s requests. At this stage for any kind of technical and/or juridical issues the owner is required to attend the office in order to solve these.

OCPI reception stage:

     Subsequently the dossier drawing up phase, this will be deposit to OCPI (Office of Cadastre and Land Registration) as the estate to be verified, receipted and registered in the cadastral register. At this end of this stage the dossier will be provided to the gainer, together with the OCPI approval regarding the content of the topographic plan, document issued by OCPI.
