      Real estate urban cadastre is being developed in conformity with Law No. 7/1996 Cadastre and Estate Advertising Law as well as in conformity with the Regulations elaborated by MLPLT in 1997.

Activities developed by the company:

Real estate cadastre:

     The system manages the territorial entities that have as a reference unity the building unit (defined by the cadastre law as terrain lots with or without buildings). Therefore:

  • The territory of the locality = the sum of the cadastral sectors;
  • Cadastral sector = the sum of the lots (building units) separated by road networks (streets, alleys, avenues, and so on).

     The shapes of the sectors that were created in this way are representing closed polygons of which defining points are being assigned, subsequently the measurements, coordinates. Also besides these operations the existent plans are being updated or the integral elevation of cadastral details is being implemented (this is applied to that areas where this kind of plans didn’t exist before). In this way lots limits are determined (as well as the limits of buildings) inside the cadastral sector but the elements of the urban networks (sewerage, street lighting columns, and so on) of which coordinates are being determined, following that those to be taken over by the urban cadastre.
     The sheet of the property unit (contains approximately 50 information pieces) is the sheet that is being created (as a result of the interviews with the owners) for every lot independently. As results of the processing of these sheets as well as of the topographic measurements there can be enumerated:

  • Analogue and digital cadastral plan;
  • Cadastral registry of the lots;
  • Alphabetic index of properties and the address of these;
  • The registry of the property units;
  • Centralized sheet – cadastral distribution (owners and utility category).

Urban cadastre:

     In this stage, based on the measurements that were taken on the previous stage, real estate cadastre, the following products are being effectuated:

  • Cadastral plans of the urban networks (water supply, electrical energy, gas, thermal energy, telecommunication, sewerage and so on).  The paths of the networks are differentiated by using different colors for lining out;
  • Sheets of auxiliary urban constructions/ plumbing with metric elements of the sewerage (diameters, depths, bench marks);

     All of these products are regulated by Order 534/11.21.2001 by Public Administration Ministry regarding the approval of the technical standards for introduction the general cadastre.
