This section is relating especially to the estates that were acquired on the behalf of Law No. 10/2001 regarding the juridical establishment of some estates abusively obtained in the interval of March 6th 1945 – December 22nd 1989, or depending on case, regarding any other similar circumstance.
Required papers:
In case the works are executed before the Town Hall emitted the agreement:
- The initial juridical status of the property;
- The current juridical status of the property.
The gainer will present all the papers chronologically arranged in order to support his/her position in this process, from a juridical point of view.
In case the works are executed after the Town Hall emitted the agreement:

Once the starting, execution and works handing over dates, costs, Office of Cadastre and Land Registration (OCPI) fees and the paying method were established, the following stages will be completed:
Field-work stage:
In this stage all the necessary topographic measurements of the terrain will be executed as to determine the current state regardless the property being exists integrally, partially, or it ceased to exist. The owner is required to provide all the technical and/or juridical information to the field team in order to accomplish the works more easily.
Office stage:
In this stage the following will be executed:
- Field surveying measurements processing and designing the current situation plan;
- The validation of the current situation plan with the current topographic plan and with the topographic plan that presents the initial situation of the property in conformity with the property documents;
- The elaboration of the technical and juridical conclusion;
- Designing the emplacement and delimitation plan of the property in conformity with the current topographic plan;
At this stage, for any technical or/and juridical issues the owner is required to attend our office.
OCPI reception stage:
Subsequently the issuance of the disposition by the Town Hall the dossier contain the necessary documents will be deposited to OCPI (Office of Cadastre and Land Registration) as the property to be verified, received and listed in the cadastral register. At the end of this stage the dossier will be handed over to the gainer together with the information extras and the finalization of the cadastral register (if needed), documents released by OCPI. |
