This section refers to those works effectuated in conformity with HG No. 834/1991 regarding the establishment and evaluation of some terrains owned by commercial organizations with state funds.
Aim:
The main aim of this section is to present the way a property certificate can be obtain for those terrains that are owned by commercial organizations with state funds.
Required papers:
There are required a series of papers to create the dossier such as:
- Duplicate of the property deed;
- Amongst the customary property deeds are mentioned: Government decisions, decrees, establishment laws for organizations and so on. To all these the annexed drafts will be added, if there are any;
- Extras from the cadastral register updated (if the situation required it and if the active ones were tabulated);
- Duplicate of the registration certificate to Commerce Registry.
Activities developed by the company:
After establishing the starting period, the implementation, the delivery of the service, the costs, Office of Cadastre and Land Registration (OCPI) fees and paying method the following stages are to be tracked:
Field-work stage:
In this stage all the necessary surveying measurements will be effectuated on terrain so to determine all the essential elements for drawing the topographic plan in conformity with the property deed and gainer’s requests. Owner’s attendance is mandatory at this stage. The owner is required to provide to the field team all the technical and/or juridical information necessary to accomplish the works more easily.
Office stage:
In this stage all the necessary topographic measurements will be effectuated on terrain and the dossier will be shaped in conformity with HG 834/1991 regulations. Owner’s attendance is mandatory at the office in case of any technical and/or juridical issues. The content of the dossier is the following:
- Report for final verification;
- Acceptance report;
- Duplicates of the property deeds;
- Framing plan;
- The status/situation of the surfaces;
- Terrain evaluation;
- Vicinity report;
- Justificatory technical written statement;
- Support points description;
- Draft of vicinities;
- Situation plan;
- Draft of road (drumuirii) network;
- Road points description;
- Coordinates inventory;
- Surfaces reckoning;
- Surfaces sheet;
- POT and CUT calculus.
OCPI reception stage:
Subsequently the dossier drawing up phase, this will be deposit to OCPI (Office of Cadastre and Land Registration) as the estate to be verified, receipted and registered in the cadastral register. |
