Aim:

      Building plans for constructions are being executed for the following purposes:

• The registration in the Cadastral Register needed in order to tabulate the property right;

     There has to be mentioned the fact that in conformity with the regulation above stated in the Cadastral plans section, building plans are not necessary, nevertheless, the building plans can be completed also to estates such as the courtyards-constructions but only in several circumstances, such as:

• Achievement of loans;
• Estate division in two or more than two estates in case if the boundary is placed over a construction or if the building is divided on floors;
• Expressed solicitation of the owner;

     Other circumstances when geodetic surveys are executed on gainer’s demand:

• Practicality for indoor designs;
• Indoor restructuring;
• Managing the indoor space on surfaces categories and significance;

Required papers:

     For registration in cadastral register in order to tabulate the property you will find the explanations in the Cadastral plans section
     For other purposes as the above mentioned, the following are needed:

• Duplicate of the property deed;
• Duplicate of the ID of the owner(s);

Activities developed by the company:

     After establishing the starting period, the implementation, the delivery of the service, the costs, Office of Cadastre and Land Registration (OCPI) fees and paying method the following stages are to be tracked:
     For registration in cadastral register in order to tabulate the property you will find the explanations in the Cadastral plans section.
     For other purposes than the above mentioned, the following will be proceeded to:

Field-work stage:

     At this stage all the necessary terrain measurements will be taken as to determine the building plans for the construction in conformity with gainer’s demands. Gainer’s attendance on the terrain for this stage is obligatory only if imposed. The owner is required to provide to the field team all the technical and/or juridical information necessary to accomplish the works more easily.

Office stage:

     In the stage there will be taking care of the measurements processing and the dossier will be draw up in conformity with gainer’s demands. At this stage for any kind of technical issues the owner is required to attend the office in order to solve them.
